I recently had this question below and thought it might be a good Tutorial
“Dear Stephen,
I went through your website with great interest..! Well done and congratulations with your work!
I’ve got one question. I’ve recently bought an iPad, which I was hoping to use as an presentation-medium for my portfolio. After downloading the Keynote app, I am realizing that there is no way of importing the (ready) portfolio from my Mac into the iPad..!!?? Is this true, or is there a way of importing this document into the iPad through iTunes..!!??

I believe this is pretty straight forward and it can be done via iTunes.
Connect the iPad to the computer, then click on the top tab called
“Apps” that should appear in iTunes. Its next to the “Info” and ”Summary” tabs.
Under the Apps list you should see the “Keynotes” App icon.
Click on that then you’ll notice beside this window it will display currently loaded keynote documents on the iPad.
If you have not made a keynote document on the Ipad or loaded anything on in the past, it will be empty.
Down the bottom of this column there is an “add” button, click it and a window of your computers directory will pop up.
Simply navigate to where the file is saved and then it will appear in the list.
Next you need to open the Keynote App on the Ipad and choose “Import” A window will appear and the presentation you just imported via iTunes should be listed.
The Keynote App will now process and import your document.

Thanks a lot Stephen,
your info was extremely useful, and I have succeeded quasi immediately to achieve the required result!
Thanks again,
